I got mine S$268(US155) in Singapore when I was on holiday there. Maybe locals can get it cheaper...

Malaysia selling RM699(US183) but still can get some discount

I usually turn on the HBH-30 unit only when I am driving, any other times I have it off.

Here is what I do, if you have the "bluetooth" set to "on" on your phone, and HBH-30 is on, whenver a call comes in, HBH-30 will pick up. That is the main reason I only turn it on when I am driving. When I am not driving, my HBH-30 is in my bag because the carry case that came with the unit is not that usable, it easily slips off your belt!

As for the batterry life, as far as I can tell, it last pretty long. I charge it once a week, and leave it on for the entire weekends (usaully in the car).

Hope this helps... and this is a great unit, go completely wireless!!

I bought an HBH-30 for S$240 in Sim Lim Square, Singapore. Over $100 cheaper than if I'd bought it at home in Australia.

Wouldn't recommend buying one of these overseas though, regardless of price. Mine seems to be one of the many that has a severe distortion problem. So much so that its unusable.

My local service centre suggested that seeing as there is no international warranty on accessories, that it would be cheaper for me to buy a new one at A$300 than for them to even look at repairing it.
