Ok. I will explain it for the 1548th time:
NOKIA AND SE BOTH USE SYMBIAN AS A OPERATING SYSTEM!
S60 AND UIQ ARE TWO DIFFERENT INTERFACES WHICH RUN ON TOP OF THE MENTIONED O.S.
S60 IS OWNED BY NOKIA AND I DOUBT SE WOULD USE IT!

It's a natural evolution. But i don't know if they'll use it in other than a smartphone.
UIQ3 is much more versatile than UIQ 2.1, in can be used in a similarly to S60 (smaller screen, no touch screen)
