I've just got the adapter. However I think it sounds quieter than original handsfree earphones. I've tryed it only with Senheiser PX100 headphones, maybe in-ear earphones would be better I don't know.

Creative Muvo sounds far far clearer and louder than K750 with the same PX. Thinking of MDR-70. Plus with the adapter you need to disconnect it when someone calls you because microphone does not work with it.

hi SoEricy,

so its not worth buying?

i am ok with the stock headphones but wanted to use my own for 'louder' and better sound.

Opinion: Model K750i

Hey,

Ive had this phone for a while now and its the best phone ive had since T68i.
The only thing is the headphones which come equipped with the phone arent the
best and i was wondering if u have any plans to release an adapter to enable the
use of the sony ear plugs i bought. (Sony MDR-EX71SLB Fontopia Headphones -
Black) . These are excellant and produce excellant quality sound and would
really finish off the k750i. So if u could let me know when you plan on
releasing an adapter that would be helpfull.

that sony reply is about as useful as the one i got a month ago

i emailed to ask them when the hpm70 was due for release and they basically said the same thing "call the eshop"!
i replied asking them why give the choice for info to email or phone if the email response tells you to phone... grrrr!

anyway the upshot was i got a second email (after my sh1tty response) to say that they hadnt decided yet when to release them for sale separately - which as far as i know is still the current situation.

i therefore decided to buy the 3rd party adaptor so i could use my fontopias - tough luck sony, another potential sale lost

mobilefun.co.uk sell it in uk, £10.50 incl postage.

it works great - finally decent headphones with my fone.
it's not a handsfree (no mic) but i dont particularly need a handsfree.

I've got a question, this adaptor can be used to listen to the radio?

I would expect if one adapter works (see the first page of the thread!) any other would. They are by definition the same thing. As long as the headset profile is activated the radio will work.
