I don't like the keyboard either, but a 1.3 MP camera is ALWAYS a big improvement. The "vga" camera on the Razr is nothing but a toy...
And in general the design of the NEC is more atractive.

That's a very nice looking attractive phone indeed. I'm really up to buying it asa it appears on the market somewhere nearby. And i'm almost sure it's gonna look much nicer in real than on pics.

regarding the price and availability - online shopping sites have it only in pre-order, expansys.com expects to have it on Nov 3. and yes it is in $490-530 price range..
Btw, if you make a search on russian online shops, they have it an unreal price of approx $1500. not sure if they actually have it though
