I've some garish texts before, but quite some time ago found a number for 1 of our most popular comedians. Sent him a text after seeing one of his dvds, bloke actually replied whilst touring Oz, long story short, we're very good friends now :o)

I had got a 2nd hand Sony Cmd Z5 a long time back... and it was full of text messages containing talks about guns, the underworld in bombay, and a whole lot of similar seemingly illegal content full of expletives too...returned the phone to the phone guy that same very day and got a brand new seimens S6 instead... couldn't sleep that night though...

I know this aint a second hand phone story but it's great read on ppl!!
At work I am known as mr fix-it when it comes to phones so i generally get to play with at least 3-4 mobiles a day cos the ppl i work with haven't got a clue, they get the latest handset with camera and bluetooth and video can use those functions................ and get stuck on the easy bit's i.e can't get on predictive text and how do i make it louder LMAO
So they give me their phone and within 5 mins i've sorted the problem. Here's the great bit!!!!
Then i ask them to turn on their bluetooth and send them a picture then click browse and tell them to accept IF THEY WANT TO they have no idea thinkling they are getting a picture/ringtone in the mean time they have given me access to their files which go onto my phone in a couple of clicks
After doing this a few times i got home made videos / pics most of them nudes or engaging in some sort of wierd naked sport "horizontal jogging" i believe working with these ppl is much more fun now a days!!!!

Ha,
A few years ago my company purchased a number of old handsets from a police auction, and subsequently we obtained phones that were in the previous possesion of drug dealers, hitmen and criminals.
The cops didn't feel the need to clear up any content on these phones, so as you can imagine there was a heap of sordid stuff still stored (contacts, texts, voice recordings)
Texts about prosititutes, guns, drug rings, guys with prices on their heads, etc.
Interesting reading, but cleared them all out!

@Oooga - rather a scary story and thoughts! Perhaps you should have taken that phone and it's texts to the police
@Kryptik - Nice story, sounds like this comedian's a nice bloke too, most comedians and 'celebrities' would at best not reply and at worst send something not very nice back!
@ph-m - Your story of course brings me to another question - have you ever borrowed a mate's or girl's phone to look at, and have you ever gone into the pictures, or the inbox etc., and found something you shouldn't have done?
It happened to me the other way round a little while back - my girlfriend had sent me a rather dirty and suggestive text, and a mate was looking at my phone, and found this text!

And my girlfriend was next to me (she'd sent the text a couple of days ago) and she went bright red!
I had a few sarcastic comments off him for the next few days!

I've had that too, so many phone's I've recieved still have the previous owner's phone numbers on it! It's usually those with broken screens, or the previous owner either thought was unfixable, or simply forgot to wipe everything off it before sending it
