I'm using PocketWeb (www.tlogic.de), it's about 10 EUR/year I think, don't remember exactly, but it's quite cheap (less than 1 EUR/month)...

opera mini works everywere, with th right settings, and it´s superb - there´s nothing like it that i´ve seen (pocket web, webviewer - they are all inferior)

it works here in Portugal, and i´ve seen posts from people all over the world stating it works in their country to, so i don´t see no reason for it won´t work in India also...
