OK I have a place up near there.
Looking at the map I can not find Freeway Street although I can find the postcode. The postcode points to an area that to my knowledge is middle class housing and NOT warehousing.
The postcode actually relates to Milnthorpe Crescent / Clifford Avenue.
Email the guy back asking for directions.
He should send you down Barnsley Road then onto ManyGates Lane if the postcode is correct.
Also when you get the directions email back and ask if he is near PUGNEYS Water Park - this is a local beauty spot and if the postcode is correct hee should be within a mile of it. If he has never heard of it there is your answer...
PM me if you want me to take a look as I will be in Yorkshire next week.

That's almost certainly a bogus warehouse address. Firstly, Freeway Street doesn't exist, and secondly, how many addresses in the UK have numbers that go up into the 1000's??? Very few at all.... especially not in medium sized towns like Wakefield...
Also, the domain was only registered on 23-Aug-05 to "East West Imports and Services" who's website is:

So true - there is a 'freeway dr.' but thats in Chichester
also as you said 1642 means its a v v v e e e r r r y y y long street..
