I took a load of pictures last Thursday, many of which are quite large (noisy images on account of it being quite dark). If I scroll down the pictures (in 2x2 mode - which means I should try 3x3), the phone now reboots at exactly the same image repeatedly.

With news of the new K750i firmware, I hope the W800i gets an upgrade quite quick too. However, with a few problems on the Walkman player side, it may need a bit more work yet.

also i have experienced probs with it .. it does freeze sometimes thus having to remove battery to reboot the bugger!

what is standby mode?

My W800i shows a white screen and restars after beeing connected via BT for a while to my Mac TiPowerbook G4 with OSX 10.3.9. A bigger problem however is that I can´t seem to sync my phonebook, calendar etc with the mac program iSync 1.5. the "Connect with iSync" is greyed out in the bluetooth settings dialog
I´m using an usb bluetooth device that probably is BT 1.1 or 1.2.
anyone else experienced and solved this problem?

You need to upgrade to Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger and iSync 2.1 for W800 support.

hi all .... question, i own the W800i for 2 1/2 years ,never updated it,really was no need and i did not dare,was scared that i will damage it .....,and it still worked/works wonderful,at Christmas i got the P1i and this phone really (sucks)disappointed me so i went for the first time to update something,had too...,ok it went good and the P1i got a bit better(still sucks),but still worse then the W800i in many things. but now when i know how to update i dared to update my old and still wonderful W800i, all went OK but then i got this message... Your Phone IS UP TO DATE!. tried again and again the same message... how come if i never did it ?.... wasn't there any updates for the W800i since Aug 2005? i did never get a message if i want to update my phone and the seus i just installed for the p1i.(can use it for the W800i too)
another Q: how/where do i find out what FW version do i have?
