It's 180 for a black one in the UK.
This is 170 for a white one that isn't going to be out in the UK.

region locks are only related to DVD playback. Gameplay is free. The updates apply to all consoles as well.
With the playstation they had a cd patch where you put in the cd, then switched it with the dvd you wanted to watch.
I see no reason why one wont be created for the PSP.
