everyone makes that same mistake...althoyugh it says it on the site itself
i registered my jap and us psp as psp 1003 and september 1st

well they said the stuff to do with the network access code would take upto a month to arrive so i now assume the same can be said about the welcome pack
i registered my psp and network access code on september 1st, which has been over 2 weeks now and it still hasn't arrived yet
