yeh mine ran really slower when i first got mine, what you have to do is an internal disk format and or a master reset, this gets rid of all the internal junk on the phone and speeds it up also boost your free space from 10mb to 14mb! regards dan

memory card will be fine, and all conacts to sim. id say take out your mem card just in case. it doesnt do anything to the card during a master reset, but things can go wrong!
