Coxy i would contact paypal for a refund, if you are covered for not using ebay?

You have 30 days dont you, so get the ball rolling now.

I am still waiting for something off ebay been 2 weeks and no sign or contact mine is only £17 but it is the principal.

I know how you feel, communication is everything.

I would have thought you would be i mean paypal is meant to be a safe when of transferring money.

Go to the paypal website and click the transaction that you want sorting, there is an option i think, item not reiceved.

You then write a message to paypal saying whats happened and they get in touch with the seller and get them to refund you.

If they won't refund you paypal take it further i think.

Worth a shot, it's what i will be doing if i don't recieve my item off ebay.

Good luck

if you are in the UK paypal wont give you any cover for off ebay purchases.dont do much for on ebay either IMO!

did you use a credit card?might be better contacting the CC company.still worth reporting it to paypal as it may shake a reply from the seller

edit:is he paypal verified?if so his banking home address will be on paypals files.if you can get it at least it gives you a real place to follow up

hi, if you used your credit card contact your credit card company to anitiate a chargeback. If you try and get a refund through paypal the seller has got to still have the money in there paypal account! i got scammed £165 and got £2.65 back because this was all that the guy had in their paypal account, whereas a chargeback gets all the money back and puts the sellers amount of money in their paypal account to a negative!!

Good luck mate
