Just because she's rich doesn't mean you have to cave in on something that wasn't hers to begin with. I agree with the above, she's all about making sure people have a chance, well this is your chance, don't settle for less.
30-50k if she wants your property and make no mistake, the name is your property.

Lets put it this way, if they decide to go forward with a lawsuit, i can't afford to pay a lawyer. I just dont have the money to.
Tell you what, if someone here is willing to pay for a lawyer, I'll pay them 20 % of my compensation (this does not include the fee's as that will be fully reimbursed)
At the end of the day, these lawyers play the game. And if there is a tiny chance i'll lose on a technicality I can't take that chance.

A couple of years ago, my son (then aged 8 1/2 yrs) came to stay with me and refused to go back home to my ex-wifes place.
I couldn't afford a lawyer, so represented myself in a custody battle which lasted 6 months. I won even though my Ex had a lawyer because I didn't accept her bulls**t and articulately refuted her claims.
Get good advice and know the relavant law intimately. You don't need to spend lots of money if you can spare the time to do some legwork.
If they go for the 15K deal you're away laughing. Somehow I think they'll prefer to spend 15K on lawyers...

I thought of that too.
The only claim they have is that I am taking their customers because of the nature of my site.
(Oxygen Inc. provides some free funny media and uses some adult language in some occasions)
I assume, they're a media site, and I've provided media that we both fall under the same category.
