Mine was fixed under warranty and returned to me in about 10 days. Have you checked the date on the sticker? How old is it? If it is over a year old then it must be a very early handset because I think the model was only released last October. When was it made?

they are idiots. First thing is to reflash the phone with latest firmware, often the software dies when installing java, surfing on gprs, etc. This can be solved with a firmware upgrade. If after reflash still doesnt work is the hardware fault and that can be very expensive. But try first a clean flash.

my father is retailer and have got this phone as sample.
so its hard to get a reciept of something that he has be giving by free
so what to do? try another store?

YES!!! i have life in my phone now !!!
i used davinci and flashed with newest firmware..
and when i turned the phone on after that it said.. "please wait.."
then i waited.. and then it said.. "insert SIM" so i inserted the sim..
but then it said.. "Configuration error...blabla.. contact provider or..."
then i couldnt do anything more
the good is that i can insert my charger and charge the phone
so it seems that all was a software thing...
what can i try now? flash from SE homepage? why is the phone telling me that the configuration is wrong? have i flashed with wrong firmware? i live in sweden so i selected the Europe 4... i think it was.. "NO DK SV" etc... i think SV is sweden??

. You could try recovery option with seus , or with davinci again, maybe didnt make the finalization. Or just go to a gsm service, is cheap to reflash these days.

No, the finalazion didnt complete because of i hadnt enough with credits..
just bought 1
why didnt this worked before when i tried to flash from SE homepage??
