Thats what i meant...

Moto also allows bigger mem chips in the v620, ask moto, thay do it for you! its about 5mm thick, it just might work!!!!

@floke, not necessarily - the os's would have a reasonably open memory architecture to save code rewrites from one model to the next. If the chip architecture matches, there is a good chance the extra memory will be available to the os....

128MB K700! Whooot!
However it would be quite expensive to buy the chip and have it installed. This job is for someone who has A1 soldering skills and the right soldering equipment.
