One hour This would take me about 10mins if I could be bothered lol, just use flash saver to save the flash file to your hard drive, then swf to avi scout (I think) to convert the flash image to an avi file, then encode it into mp4 (better than 3gp) using mpegable or nero recode etc.

It's not so easy the first time you try that.

Moreover, you need to know that I get some desynchronisation and audio saturation after ripping swf to avi, so I mixed original mp3 dragostei mp3 with vid and I cropped the orignal vid for save bandwith
