I don't know if you're correct there mate, lots of people do come back with SE and Motorola Units, but its usually because the person is not used to the brand, there is usually no fault at all, you just need to explain how to use the phone. The main phones I had issues with were the 6230s, 3510is and the 6610is, and the full range of 65 series Siemens handsets. I'd say at least 30% of those handsets were returned faulty, The Nokia Issues were, Headset, Mic and Screen damage(Xpress on Covers) and the Siemens were all software related, rebooting etc.

6230's always had a problem with never turning back on, I myself had one of these handsets..
3510i's and 6610i's are generally rubbish so I dont blame them coming back

Good on Nokia though. That's a hell of alot of phones.

cool, glad to see so many open minded people out there.... unlike on here

well done nokia

and i work in a phone shop and the majority of phones that come back are SE and Motorola.

Correct, Dick, sometimes ppl in here are so narrow-minded it makes me wonder what kind of lives they lead outside of Esato. The fact that it's Nokia which has reached this achievement must be a terrible thorn in their sides. Regardless of whether every single Nokia ever produced was returned or not, the fact that they've sold one billion says that they're so very very obviously doing something right. There are so many better things to hate than a cellphone manufacturer. "The narrower the mind the broader the statement"

Open minded or not doesn't change the fact that Nokia phones are pure rubish.
