I have to admit I find the stupid offers rather tedious now. I tend not to sell many phones now on here as I know I'll get a load of dreamers and people overly optimistic when they put in an offer of £10 for say, a £100 phone!

Get real guys, I'm not going to sell a £100 phone for a fifth or a tenth of it's price. I'll stick it on Ebay if all I get is stupid offers. the OP could quite easily get what he's asking for on Ebay for his 6310i, they do still go for quite a bit!

No probs Rihdaz

Last thing I'll say I'm threadjacking a bit, is simply to others (there are some that consistently and constantly put stupid pointless offers in) is you might as well start at a decent level as the daft ones won't be entertained.

When someone puts a minimum offer in, they did that for a reason. That they don't want less than that price. If they are willing to take less, they will say so and drop the price. And offering something a third or half of the asking price is just a waste of everyone involved's time

@Sammy_boy ....yes you are correct 100% people do put silly offers in, but don't you find most people have NO intention of buying they are JUST adding to their post count???? Some are obviously out for a bargain we all are.

Many times I have seen offers etc. for phones worth several pounds, with ''I will give you a Fiver delivered''. Don't people understand most people selling are aware of the value of the phone, they want to sell for a sensible price?

Now I have added to MY post count!!!!, 6310i's are worth every penny of the £55, if not more. The average used 6310i sells for about £50 - £70, depending on the condition/Boxed/Re-Flashed etc.,etc.

Yes you will find 6310i's for a Fiver I have done it myself several times, but buy from people NOT in the know, not from people here I would suggest.

The reason I think, is because there are so many cars fitted with original car kits, they command a good price. Not to mention they are one of the best phones around, but then I'm a little bios as I still like the 3310!!!

Good luck with your sale Ridahz

v5.52 is one of the latest flash sw, but that does not really mean anything. I flash all 6310i phones with that file, even with a v7.00 file around.

Reason being the v7 is so buggy it's not stable enough, so most people stick with the v5.52. That means you can have a 5 year old phone with 500 hours use, but still look like a new phone.

For a test type in *#92702689# see what you get there??? That will also give you a guide on how used the phone is, not 100% but may show you something interesting? Youwill have to re-start your phone afterwards.

I expect that has got everyone now rushing off to their phones tapping in numbers, ha ha!!

Post your result....

if you think I expect to get a 6310i for 15 quid you really underestimate me, I would say how much I sold one for last week, but I won't as that would undermine your sale.

also In my opinion, lots of people do make stupid bids, me included, but one thing I never do is bid an amount that is to high, I will always bid over someone if I want the item, in this case I start at 15 as the person before put in 10, so I increased it to 15, and im wating for someone else to out bid me, if not then later on I may just make a offer, as I obvioulsy want a bargin. I must say I do get annoyed when everyone thinks I just take the piss, as I see it as im helping, I am increasing the bidding for the seller, and I more then likely will go higher agian.

I guess thats fair in itself, but this aint ebay.

Its not really a bidding thing.

Its very frustrating for a seller, to get offers (bids) waay below their asking price.

Thats my 5 cents.

Cheers
