I thought the memory cards were like 30+??
It seems that the 750 and 800 are basically identical in features....and i dont really need a mp3 playing phone an awful lot..

That is just my opinion though. I also think the w800i looks slightly snazzier...

With the w800 u get a 512MB MS in the box and the phone
can work in flightmode/music only mode, but if you already have a mp3 player then you probably don't need a w800...
But go to the store and try them out to see for your self wich feels more like "you"

well, in the new r1n firmware the video bitrate has been increased only for the k750 at the moment but the video quality on the w800i is still quite bad because of no firmware update
