Exactly the same troubles with mine.
i had to install the w800 usb drivers on my computer => ok.
but all languages have disapeared (i need the french one).
btw i flashed my k750i to be able to mute the camera (in silent mode) but it still doesnt work
any ideas?

I contacted SE Belgium offices. They confirmed that they received numerous calls from ppl having problems with the onsite upodate service. They adviced me to go to a nearby service center and ask for a reflash back to K750i.
They told me that this would be free.
I discovered that at before a master reset the phone still identifies itzelf as a K750i but after a full master reset the k750i is identified as W800 indeed.
Unfortunatly I know no way to update a W800i. Is there no way to enforce SEUS to "recover? Any ideas?

IMO they're working on it right now cause they removed the flash files.
BTW i also wrote them and got the same answer.. Go to the nearest Service Centre. That is more than 300 kms far from me. So i really hope they'll fix the file by tomorrow!

I think SE has remove the Update function of the K750i at the moment. due to some problems with the update function. (Orange k750 i no longer work, the current says that your operator doesnt approve of this service when i know Orange does and i have been able to update fine my 2 phones last week
There are people on here that updated the k750i and it turned the phone into a W800.
