Please remember that "Access Denied" does not always mean your provider is blocking a site,i get this with some files on wap but can still view other content on the same site

Yes...........Orange India was good but now they suckssssssss...........blocked many site and downloads........charges on downloads........internet should be free........ can any one block any sites? ....... is it legal to do that...... ???????

Operators can choose what sites they want to block and what to grant access to for their subscribers..... nothing illegal about it

Moreover, Security & IPR violations are the reason at times.
Stuff that is Anti-Social, National threat are good enough reason for Govts., Authorities to ask Networks to block content.
As for IPRs- blocking Piracy is VERY legal.
