@leeboy13, sorry about going off topic. Hope your problem gets resolved soon. I'm sure masseur must be right about how the sim works behind the scenes, so just be patient and maybe pester your service provider. (btw, leeboy13, check your pm)

I just got off the phone to them and youre right... its just a matter of time before the sims change over, so they told me to use the old sim in the new phone for now (coz i was getting annoyed at not being able to use my new toy).
W800i all fired up now and loving every second of it.

I know what you mean. I use esato a lot, and i don't even own a sony ericsson phone. It's a matter of time i should think. =) I'd get the k750 if i could, it's a great phone too!
