Thanks for the replies, I tried it many times even using Recovery options but nothing is going to work, anyway I will have to send it to Authorised dealers.
btw I have also contacted SE through their site, lets hope they answer

@Azharstar
Just cover every angle and make sure that you make a point that you want your phone back fixed and in same condition it went in....
Backup your stuff though...
As to theire WEB reply it's at least 48 hours maximum for me...

@Leviath
It's risky in the sense that they might hamper the internal parts & replace them to get the genuine parts, they usually do such things in our part of the world.

and which part of the Sony-Ericsson Authorized Service Agents would that be??
If There is even the slight evidence in which such claims would be true..... Sony for one would remove the priviledge of being a authorised agent.....
Since such things are difficult to prove...
I Mean How many people do you know can just take a Original phone in for repair, marking all the internal parts and then and receiving the phone back will open it, take it apart and see what has been replaced with clones....
There must be a lot of pivved Users around there then cause where I come from if that happened they would hang by theire nose hairs...

@cyberjaffa
Take no offense in this but SEUS WAS having issues with theire updating program that was responsible for naffing K750i in more ways than one including the w800 gaffe....
SEUS was down and no K750i could update because of said issues...
This has been corrected over the last week or so....
Now SEUS is gradually coming up to steam...
Yor question is Im afraid old news...
and the answer....
well no....
A naffed update will naff off a phone even if failed... because it was a naffed update client's fault...

azharstar, have you gotten your phone repaired yet?
the SEUS had problems since about a month ago. a lot of us got our softwares screwed up. after a couple of tense days i brought my phone for proper firmware upgrading at a SE center to R1N and everything is finally ok. some guys got the online upgrade successfully going after doing some work-arounds.
if you're still hesitant about bringing to a SE center (which personally I think is still the least stressful option), check out some of the older software discussion threads about the SEUS problem and the issues and work-arounds that some guys did, like this one:
