Great post Masseur. Now you feel my pain with these countless repeat threads that simply take up time and space(on the server). The lack of searches and purely simple questions about the easiest of things to figure out such as this thread. Since when is a W800 a k750i? Some people should not have phones if they are too complicated and too difficult to operate.

I guess I have a much higher tolerance due to my strong desire to help our members solve their problems, and not everyone is forum literate... they simply want their problem solved.

However this topic does not require a search (although I am very happy with the search since I always find what I want ) for the simple reason that there are many threads every day discussing these non standard firmware update issues

Same guy posted firmware files for R1N035 in this thread http://www.esato.com/board/viewtopic.php?topic=104199

Mukka, can you tell us whether this is a red or brown firmware and how you managed to get a hold of it? I'm downloading it at the moment but I'm a little sus as to how you can get a retail firmware for a w800 before SEUS does, since in my understanding the red firmware needs to be taken off a new phone that has never been turned on before.

If this is the real deal then thank you very very very much.

Sorry for the suspicion, but one of the R1Ls turned out to be R1J with the version string hacked.

Purpose of my post it's just to tell you that's firmware R1N035 it's also available for W800i and not just for K750i.

Phone is RED certificate and has been flashed with emma3.

@masseur

You'll never be able to flash a W800i with K750i or vice versa through SEUS, this just because it first check IMEI to identify the "real" phone, then it looks for CDA customization and sure phone must have Red CID to works...;p

@darkchild

Nope it's a true W800i.

@Maelstorm

Nope I can assure you it's not an hacked firmware or such shit. If you have SETool you can check on support forum (don't know if can post here link of other forum, if yes let's know i'll) what's we are discussing about this firmware. Presently I'm trying to readout correct firmware from a W800i in a manner it can be flashed back to the phone but I encounter problem with the FS that's seems unpack when Emma3 authenticate the phone, even if u get "Please wait..." when turning on the phone.

@Hajaz

I don't really care about what's you're thinking about the screenshot or whatsoever u want. I'm here to help ppl so really no need your words... continue dreaming in your little world man!
