Even though I live in South Africa which has a First World banking system Paypal still has the country on it's banned list. Scamming dumb foreigners is a national past time amongst the criminal element in Nigeria...in SA people wouldn't know what you meant if you mentioned the numbers 419.

Another problem is that scamming ends up being really harmful to buyers worldwide. If you are not from the usa-europe 'alliance' , people immediately think that you´re a scammer. I´ve try to buy a k750 on esato but the sellers always drop out when they know i´m from rio de janeiro, Brasil.
But, what the hell! We still always kick your asses in football!! ahahahaha

Most scammers are so obvious, it's painful ie spelling, grammar errors, ridiculous prices. But the trouble is they are so persistant, because someone will fall for it and they profit. It pains me to see some of the cons these people use ie I live in Bolton but could you sent it to Lagos and I will then send you the money. Unfortunately, some people do it and then complain they've got stung. A sad fact of life.
