The multiplayer game modes sound good, but its the survivor one that interests me.
What id like is for you to have full access to the city, and the other people hunt you down. It would be a bit crap if you were limited to say, a couple of square city blocks, like in some games on the PS2 to help out the frame rate etc.
Are you able to fly in this game like in GTA:SA ?

No, but there are Motorbikes, Cars, Ferries, Boats and I believe speciality vehicles aswell.
Sounds the like the best PSP game so far, even tho its not out yet, I'm definitely going to get it for my PSP, as I'm still hooked on Midnight club, I haven't really got around to other games yet...
