But seriously, your right in your conclusion that SE service center should look at it...

Other reports have pointed at a possible f/w issue that singles out a Joystick or various that may be working with intermitent faults...

okay here's a possible temporary solution. go into ur service menu and test the keyboard. if it goes either 'down right' or 'down left' when you press down, just adjust ur thumb to make it go exactly down. the reason this happens is because the joystick has 8 way navigation. i think SE should change this to 4 way so that it isn't so sensitive. maybe we should write to them and they can implement it in a firmware upgrade. hope this helps.
