and if you knock america off the face of the earth the whole world would be in chaos
the entire economic system is dependant on each countries contribution, including america....if you take a brick from the foundation the whole structure is weakened....

You can have more information about the energy of hurricanes
here. Notice the "200 times the world-wide electrical generating capacity" ... that's why we can't stop them ! Same as earthquake.
Btw rain doesn't have salt because it doesn't evaporate with the water ! It's not "weird" it's just physics and chemistry. Didn't you learn those things at school ?

@easty
mate....your rant about hurricanes is goode...but it is impossible without altering the earths entire weather systems and tides and currents and that would pretty much f*ck up all livng organisms on our planet....
about the wars and such...its human nature to not want to conform to the norm of society...these extremists and such are only fighting for what they believe in...same as america and the so called "western civilisation", we only fight for what we think is right...and if there is 6 or 7 billion people out there that have different opinions there are going to be fights about it...and some of them think so strongly about these things that they are willing to kill and die for them...
as long as mankind is able to make free rational thought, there will NEVER be peace....because it only takes one to convince others..
and i quote (david gourley) "our minds are our strongest allie, and our worst enemy too"
yea... while i was typing the hurricane thing, i realized it would mess everythign up... thats like if one kind of insect completley dies, it woudl effect everything also. because as some say "everythign happens for a reason" and actually, i do believe that...
and about the USA falling off the earth... yea, i do realize that all these countries rely on each other, but i mean, i feel like the USA always starts all the wrong crap... BUSH (i dont like bush, but i cant blame it ALL on him... just alot of it

) but i feel bush makes the wrong decisions, and he could be helping us out alot more... but as much as i dont ant to defend Bush... it seriously must be hard being president if the USA... ya know? tahst ALOT of responsibility, and jsut alot of stress, and you can never make anyone happy, its a tough job. but i feel he could be doing a better job... but without the USA... things wouldnt be right... but the USA could be doing more right... they all sit at home and watch TV and eat pizza and mcdonalds... (not all, but like 80%)
and @Jim... schools in america are hoenstly kind of not helpful. they teach us stuff, but they dont get into real depth about it. They teach us exactly what is needed to pass the grade. they dont care if there is more to it, they just teach us just enough to pass the test... the schools dont really care, they just want to get us in and out as easy as possiable.

I agree with most of what you say there East!
If only we could all get on and co-operate, and either celebrate our differences as being diverse, or at least tolerating them rather than simply fighting over things. All this tension between the Christian world and the Islamic one (at least amongst the extremists - sadly Bush seems to be one of them) is almost laughable as they worship the SAME GOD for goodness sake! Even revere the same prophets, except Moslems revere Mohammed the hightest, but still hold Jesus et al. in high esteem. But I digress.
If I can add to your rant East, I also find our selfish and insatiable consumption of natural resources abhorrent. The way we get through oil, rainforests, and spoil the countryside is really quite worrying. We're destroying our own habitat which could affect our lives and kill more people than the terrorists could ever hope for.
For me, we need to be more tolerant of other who are different, and listen carefully to what others have said. I've seen so many arguments start over what seems to be a misunderstanding or someone mishearing something, or just assuming they were being malicious when they were just making a point. When you scale this up, it's probably how many wars have started.

I admire George Bush, Blair, and quite a few other world leaders. What i do NOT like is their irrational behaviour at times. I just wonder how much of this world's troubles have been brought about by, not the leaders, but by those advising the leaders. Some of those blokes have agendas of their own...

Apparently GOD has been advising Bush and telling him to invade Afghanistand and Iraq, one reason why I can't stand the idiot. I've seen people sectioned under the Mental Health Act for doing lesser things after being told to do it by 'God'.
I wish I could section Bush!
Anyway, that's enough about Bush, I think we're going off topic a bit here

we need a big humidifier..so we can give mars an atmosphere....it'll be like total recall "im douglas quaid, you idiot!"
anyways sammy what you said about the environment is about the only thing our countries need to pull heads and technologies together to do something about it....the rate human kind is burning through natural resources we'd be lucky to continue our way of life for another 200 to 300 years....we spend billions on space exploration and the biggest problem is on our planet here....lets fix that first before we go and f*ck up another planet
