I believe it is out. Just tried to update my O2 branded phone and before my computer crash(nearly giving me a heart attack, worried it would of killed my phone. Lucky it didn't) it did down load R1N file to the software-data folder. So it is on there and was going to up date. Just about to try it on another PC.

@slyfoxkaz, Got no problems with my MS duo. But sure I read something about this happening to some people in another thread. Think reformating shuold fix it, but you may need to reformat it in windows not on the phone. I think.......

I'm trying to upgrade my O2 branded K750i at the moment. The software makes the download successfully, and then comes up with a screen telling me to:
"Remove the phone from the USB-cable and turn it off and wait for 20 seconds for the phone to be completely shutdown.
After that hold down the 'c' key on your phone and connect the phone to you USB cable.
The update should start within 15 seconds. Do NOT remove the device or interrupt the update in any way during the update.
After the progress bar has started moving you may release the 'c' key"
I've followed the instructions but the update does not appear to start after plugging the phone back in. Any ideas? The correct drivers for SEUS are installed...
Thanks!

@Aldrew
MS duo seems to have sorted itself out, hopefully all will be well without a format. If problem returns i think i'll just format on pc like you said. Thanks
