Its really very simple, follow the guide you linked to in your first post from spawnweb exactly, and remember in the second step of the guide to select the Mobile profile, not the Mobile-AVC profile.
PS: Nero does come with mpeg4 encoder, it comes with everything, you just need to activate each plugin by entering a corresponding serialnumber for each plugin you want to use. If you are able to select the very first stage of the guide "Recode DVD's and Videos to Nero Digital" then the Nero Digital (mpeg4) plugin has been correctly activated by a serialnumber and you can select either the standard mpeg4 mobile profile (to use for K750) or the mobile-AVC profile (to use with future phones supporting the newer H.264 AVC mpeg4 codec)

I know what Nero Digital is, and what Mpeg4 is, and I know about just about every possible conversion method on earth. Ive been working proffesionally with this for years and I sincerly doubt you can teach me anything in this area. No disrespect intended.
But that has nothing what so ever to do with the original posters problem in converting specifically to K750 using the guide on spawnweb.
Nero Digital (yes gimmic name) comes with both ordinary mpeg4 and H.264 (AVC) codec, but the K750 only support standard H.263 mpeg 4 - not H.264 AVC, and only in accordance to specific 3gp specifications, therefore all the answers that was given pointing to normal mp4 ripping etc. is kinda irrellevant in the specific situtaion, where the problem is that the original poster select the wrong profile and encodes in non supported AVC
For instance, Page 54 in the Recode Guide you linked to has no information at all about recoding specifically for the K750, but only general information about how to use the software. This is really no help at all. And the link to digital digest is also mood as this doesnt deal with encoding to K750 either, but with general Recode questions.

all Im trying to say is that I use Nero recode with default settings but the storage medium settings and it works a treat on my K750i and my wifes....
I use mostly linear video editing but for a software based quick fix such as the K750i well nero does the job just fine....
Not picking a fight, just trying to help the guy do the best job easiest short of me doing it....
