lol..

imo its a pain making a theme though. Well for me it is, i take ages matching colours, making images (I sorta suck with PS). But after 3 days (about an hour a day) I finally made my first theme, based on Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children... which I shall put up later ..

If you want those themes for other phones use SE Theme creator and choose your mobile from the list....

Download the themes and open them.... Theme creator should automatically convert them for you....

sorry, but no, it wont.
It only converts the themeversion to the one supported by the phone you switch to, but it cannot convert the graphics used which differs amongst the themeversions. It will reuse the graphics part that fits to the changed themeversion, but several parts do not fit and will then be missing in the theme if you do not change them manually.
