Hello @xyz if you are in india , kindly use airtel gprs connection , open nokia gallery , then download m-snap free ware , it will download pics phone to internet i think it will solve your problem

Is there any specific pic u want to use as wallpaper? If not them simply download wallpapers themes from esato.com using gprs they will be saved under my pictures and themes the screen of t230 is crap and it doesnt matters what wallpaper u use This message was posted from a T230

If you have a gprs connection then you can register online on zedge.no. There is no site that can send mms to mobile phones.
