website. It's changed recently and I can no longer find the software I want. I thought I found it the other day, downloaded the file, but it didnt work at all.

Check software. May be cable and PC work uncorrect together?

So, almost models of cables can be used for upgrade and dcu-11 too, even chinese cables can used for the updates! If work correct.
