DEL i am downloading drivers but please can you tell me more how do i fi\ound my firmware cause i dont understand where to put that symbols hope tha i am not boring you and please helpp mee

Move joystick left, press star, move joystick right, right again, press star, move joystick left, press star.
This will bring you to the service menu where you will find your firmware info.

DEL when it start to update progres bar came to 48 % and then it says error in communication with your device please help what to do and when i turned on mobile i saw that something change and when i start cam it doesnt work it says " please update camera driver to 4.5 or later"..

Just press the buttons in the order that I said, ignore what comes up on the screen untill you have finished the sequence where the service menu pops up.
As for your update problem, the camera not working, this is a problem that a lot of people here on esato have had, which has never happened to me.
You could try the update process again, this time selecting recovery mode and see what happens. If this doesn't work the first time try a few more times. Some people have said that a master reset of the phone helps to restore corrupted firmware, however if you do this make sure you back up all important information from your phone to your pc first as it will be lost.

Go the the 'standby' screen (with your operator text on it), then follow the instructions above. Yes, shortcuts will appear but just follow through with the button pressing.
