It was actually made for my own v600i (voda k600), but it looks like it will work on the k750 and the w800. Its under both of those phones too in the themes section.

My K750 gave a "file corrupt" message when I first loaded it. Opening the theme in the SE theme creator, changing the 'phone to K750i and then saving the file again resolved that problem though.
