imo 50% brightness is more then enough, unfortunately it effects the keypadlight aswell, so it a bit weird, that actually just the middle of keypad is bright...

50% looks a little low to me,only a little tho,i'll try 60% for a bit and see how it goes.
So how does everybody get mp4 on their mem sticks?
I am going to buy a card reader when i can afford it,i just wanna get some choons on it for now.

I am using MP4's ok on my W800i. It has firmware R1L002.
The MP4's on my phone have the file extension .M4a not .MP4.

Well im using Windows Media Player 9 Series now (which i have been using for 2-3 years with my MMC's for the HPR-10 Mp3 Playa) and it seems to work better than the Disc2Phone SW,some mp4's copy, some dont,m4a copies ok too,im just doing 100mb worth of mp4's in one go now,i'll let u know the results as i hav'nt seen anybody mention the WMP 9 series for transferring, only WMP 10 i have seen talked about...i didnt like WMP 10,as soon as i downloaded it i reverted back to 9 because i could'nt find the Removeable Disk (F) option in it

Success at last, using WMP 9 i just transferred about 100mb of mp4 choons (31 tracks) to MS Duo without any problems, this took about 14 minutes (is that fast or slow?).
But i read about using the 'Safely Remove Hardware' option thats by the clock on yer computer,so after doing that it seems fine
Video's transfer ok too,i hav'nt tried a large file yet tho.
If anybody wants to try this method u can get WMP 9 from here...

Well who would ave thought Microsoft would ave sorted my little problem out, dont think i'll buy a card reader now if this keeps working well

you can also use itunes and "keep music folders organised" option - then just copy the folders itunes creates into the mp3 folder on the mem stick.
Disc2phone only imports mp3, not mp4, but W800 itself fully supports mp4. Don't worry it's just sony silliness that disc2phone doesn't support mp4.

Wel... about the radio changing frequency you should deactivate the RF function included in "RDS"/"RF" menu on the radio.
