me too, i can send MMS from my Cingular (Z525a) but the intended recipient in the Philippines using Globe does NOT receive it
but when using my Globe (S700i) roaming line in the US, it can send MMS and be received by another Globe subscriber in the Philippines

T-Mobile pre-paid (set to GPRS using HP6315) works with SMART MMS, but no luck with Cingular.

my Globe roaming can send MMS to Globe #s in the Philippines. i did not change any settings on my S700i for Globe (same settings used in the Philippines). whether i'm on cingular or t-mobile's network, my Globe can send MMS
