they cant put with negative feedback because these guys who do this aren't really bothered about feedback and shit...they put their phones up, they know they are scamming so it doesnt bother them..
and usually the accounts they use on ebay are stolen accounts anyways...so feedback doesnt come into it so its alright in that sense.

why did i bid on it?....lol, coz i wanted to. i dont care if im not gonna buy it, i know what i bid on and what is realistic. i bidded on this item, won it...however am not paying anything anytime soon and i know, its not gonna have any negative feedback whatsoever coz it was a scam in the first place. period.

ermm.. how can u be 100% sre about that? i mean the guy whos scammin u obviously has no morals and will prob leave neg feedback just to piss u off...
i think this can be locked now... its been established as a scam and u shouldnt pay the guy

I second that, I know I'd always leave negative feedback if someone didn't pay for an item which they fairly won and forced me to offer a second chance bid or relist!

How do you know they don't care about feedback? How do you know it's stolen? don't assume matey
