@slay - Basing it with your 1st post, I think it will be PRUDENT to bring your 'damaged' unit to the service center at once mate! The battery has no connection with the problem I guess.

if i was him i would definently give my phone some swimming lessons and just claim it on insurance, im taking mine in tommorow ill let you all know how it goes.

got a back up but its not got all my numbers on it just most of them but it'll do...
im going to miss all the stuff ive had sent to me over bluetooth and games and stuff, ah well these things happen. at least i didnt have to pay the £15 admin fee which orange like to charge
