He hasn't asked for any money directly, but once you enter into correspondence with him, he'll request your personal info and bank details into which to deposit your 10%. Then you'll find they've faked your ID and cleared out your accounts!!
There's a brilliant web-site all about these scams, and the people who 'bait' these scammers and in some instances actually scam them out of money!

Look at some of the pictures in the Trophy Room that people have asked the scammers to pose for!!
