I just flashed my K750i and it went from R1N0035 to R1AA008. I live in Sweden.

there seems to be something wrong with SEUS, i have communication error at 51%, i tried two different computers and same error. k750 still working fine and in service menu firmware is r1aa008. Never had any problems updating from J to L and to N (all 3 revisions of N).

still no update for SEUS Australia =( i'm pretty sure the reason why you get a communication error is because if you have R1N0035 thats the latest firmware so far for most users and SEUS downloads R1N0035 again. if you have a look in your "software data" folder in the SEUS update folder in program files, it lists down R1N0035.

Yep, of course I did.
Phone updated to R1A008, camera 4.5 but for some reason the only available language is English. Other than that phone seems to function as normal. This is rather weird, and every time I tried updating the same thing happened - communcation error, having to reinsert battery, phone appears to work fine except English is the only language available.

I just phoned Sony Ericsson this morning and they said that the R1AA008 firmware is only available for Vodafone branded handsets until thursday or friday of this week.(which probably means after christmas!) He said it will be available for both the W800i and the K750i and that it will sort out the memory corruption bug! Praying its here on Friday
