If you have lots of time on your hands, online is better, cause it's delivered, cheaper usually, all sorted, in shops they can be unreliable, sell out(unlike online as they come straight from manufacturing warehouse) and if your doing last minute shopping, you can't afford to risk it not turning up online...

Exactamuno! When you work in retail you know how hard it is for everyone else, i do not bother people in shops even to ask if they have something in stock because i know they probably don't have it.

Retail work is a bitch unless it is a phone shop (discount purposes)

About 1/2 and half tbh. There's lots of stuff I can't find online that little backstreet shops can supply me with. Just don't ask what

so far this year Ive done it all online, which is strange as normally i go to shops for it, I think maybe im just really lazy.

The one problem with online shopping which really annoys me is the lack of comunication with the shop, if you go to a place like dabs their customer service is piss poor, and if you have a problem you have to wait like 4 weeks to get a refund, thats why I like a shop as if you got a fulty product you can take it back, and then if they wont you can just go up in rank untill you can get a refund or replacemtnt lol

I guess that just depends upon where you shop online, I've got a few sites that I use all the time, because I know that if I get a problem, their customer service is good to enough to help me deal with it.

i think it depends on which country you are located..

since i'm in hong kong, we don't do too much online shopping UNLESS i wanna find something interesting which can't be found here; otherwise, i will go for stores..

moreover, shopping is girls favorite
