Yup -- they are now.

Wasn't the case this time last year (except for the 3 network), but the rest (Vodaphone, O2, Orange and T-Mobile, and the major 'virtual' networks that ride on them) have all rolled out their 3G services in the meantime. Coverage is patchy though, apparently.

True, although BT's offering appears to be data-only, and if you're a business user, you'd probably be bonkers to sign up with them anyway, as their service has historically been poor, to say the least, as I'm sure BT Mobile customers will testify!
