i think we shud have harsher punishment. i've seen tv programs following police and you see sum1 violently attacking someone and then you hear they got £50 fine and 12 hours community work or summit stupid.

I think punishments should be bigger. and that we should be scared of them. in spain they will give u a little slap here and not be all nice with you, i think they hsould be like that here.
