No charger and manual is in PDF format. Been used twice and in perfect condition.
The mouthpiece flips inwards when not being used
Just tried it on my K750i and it works perfectly and it also works on my VOIP prog on the computer which is pretty cool .. can talk to people using a BT headset .. didn't know that till now
