Thats nothing new. Expansys always say dates and in the end the products (according to Expansys) get delayed.

Technology Briefing | Telecommunications: Sony Ericsson Camera Phone To Be Delayed
Sony Ericsson's flagship P800 camera phone will be on sale before Christmas rather than by the end of this month, company officials said yesterday, declining to explain why. The delay is another blow to the unprofitable joint venture, which is struggling to compete in a stagnant market with the world's biggest mobile phone maker, Nokia, which is already selling a camera phone. Sony Ericsson, created last year from the handset units of the telecommunications equipment maker Ericsson of Sweden and Sony of Japan, was to start selling the P800 phone -- a combination of a personal digital assistant, a digital camera and a phone -- in the third quarter.

Talked to a SE guy here in Sweden today. He said P800 will ship earliest dec. He let me play around with T300 also. But it was a disappointment.

DAMN!!!... sitting here with my n00b Nokia3310.. hate it so much.... sold my t68 for over a month ago, because p800 was right around the corner... But NOOOO.... how could i trust SE like that!! i must be a total retard ..lol.
And now i have this damn nokia who just is awfull.. cant use it to shit without calling and writing SMS... bahhh....
Please SE!!, try to get the damn phone out when it should! And dont wait and wait forever with this release!!... its gone be full of "bugs" anyway so just ship it out (it aint gone be my first SE.. so i know they gone be "buggy", as usual) :=)
