I do not feel any better.
I did not follow the servers my self. They are located 500 km away from where I live. Three of the servers was up and running around six o'clock this morning. The last but probably most important database server was not connected before 11 when I sent them an email asking what's going on. It is nice to hear that Esato is missed when it is unavailable.

Damn! They were probably just twiddling their thumbs until you prompted them! Sounds a bit like a few Service Centres I know! It does not take 3 weeks to fix a joystick!!
