it is possible technically, but a step before >hacking into the other phone should take place which is exploiting the target phone, it can be easily programmed like a computer trojan for example.. just to enable a simple FTP server on the target phone and we will need an FTP client on our phone and voila!

FTP on phones???? - not quite sure about that one lol
If you mean opening ports then yes it can be done, but forget about ftping stuff.
And Bloover does work but it may not work on your phone as most SE phones don't carry the full bluetooth stack. And it is this which stops the program from running on most phones.
Bluejacking is not only sending notes it any form of hacking via bluetooth. sending contacts is the easiest form.

@zoro, why are'nt you quite sure about FTP? there are not only FTP clients for phones but also SSH and TELNET, so FTP is more simple that them

Nice turn this theat went into. Now I know a thing or 2 about bluetooth programing. My biggest problem with blue-snarfing is : If the 'victim' does not 'approve' the connection, nothing will happen. Any ideas on how to sort this out? Greetings from South Africa. Mario ;-)

Bloover works by exploiting a loophole and can be used without the "Victim" aggreeing connection. That loophole has now pretty much being closed.

@msa I didn't know about the FTP compression, which is why ftp gives such a good speed over normal networks but your right that there is nothing to stop this compression over moblie networks. So My bad,
As for the refusing of your message, you cna always rename your phone to the message, so even if they refuse they will still something like
"you have been snarfed" is trying to send you a contact
Accept yes or no
Just a suggestion
