> W550 on Orange UK

My wife has an Orange branded W550i, there's none of that homescreen crap on it, like they put on the K700i, K500i, Samsung E720 etc.
Branding doesn't look too bad, though I've not had a proper play with it. What menus are you referring to - I'll see if I can pinch her phone to have a look later - she's currently asleep after a night shift!

~White screen is so common on W550i, e.g after doing sumfin it white screens and can format ur memory, or like my W550i it froze everytime i turn it on it gives me the white screen and cannot do anything more now cannot be repair only from
which will take forever to fix, some say its the firmware but it still white screens so my advise W800i would be a wiser choose or dont upgrade! because urll regrad it!

Didn't have a problem with my W550i, neither did my wife, though there have been many on here with that problem!
I sold mine after getting my W800i hybrid, which I still use now.
One thing the W550i had that the W800i doesn't is the over the air firmware update option.

but what does W800i have that W550i dont have:
~ext. mem
~2MP with auto focus
~lense cover
these feature pretty much own the W550i in all aspect! trust me once u use the W800i W550i is nothing compare to it
