no, you can't reduce your max bid except by retracting and placing a new bid

you're still within one hour of making that bid aren't you?
its says the bid was at 13:53 and its not 14:22 so you can still retract according to the rules

personally id contact both ebay and the seller and say you wanted to bid but endered the wrong max bid..... change it to say £52... then you may not even win.....
